These product comes from a place of “chiudende”
(pices of land with century-old olive trees); it produces extra virgin olive oil,
but in a moderate quantity, for people looking for an
excellent and genuine oil,
which is the symbol of health and longevity and also
part of the Mediterranean diet.
The pruning takes place in March or April, in order
to choose the best branches and to maintain the natural
balance of the plant. The olives are usually hand-picked
in Octber and the pressing takes place 24 hours after
their harvest. In this way, the oil retains all the
flavour of freshness and genuineness. It is famous all
over the world.
Oldoro Tuscan extra virgin olive
oil IGP: this oil is green after pressing with
gradiations of yellow thereafter. It maintains away
from light and heat. It receives the IGP indication
(protected geographcal indication) from the IGP Tuscan
Olive Oil Consortium.
